A Little Rant.
I’m just so sick and fucking tired of this stupid ‘size zero debate’ this should not be a debate. No question abut it really. Size zero is healthy for an 11 year old, 11!! It is not natural, women have curves. No wonder why so many of us wake up on a daily basis and feel shit about how we look because there is just too much pressure, drop a dress size… Loose weight fast, don’t give into temptation. The temptation of what exactly? Of living a normal and healthy life?
Brazilian model Ana Carolina Reston died of anorexia after eating a diet of apples and tomatoes. She was 5ft 8in, she weighed 6st.
Uruguayan model Luisel Ramos suffered heart failure after reportedly consuming only lettuce and diet drinks.
How many more deaths will it take?
I refuse to make myself ill worrying about if I can fit into a size 6. Yes I have my off days when I just hate my body that much it brings me to tears. But doesn't everyone? I’m not going to start weighing myself three times a day planning what I eat for the week again, I want to live and that is not living.
