Estate agents, The Property Shop in Luton to be more specific. Bunch of let downs who couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery. Two weeks in counting to sort out a broken freezer... Hopefully that will be done on Saturday but I won't hold my breath. It was supposed to be fixed last Saturday.
T.V licencing. I have a DVD player and I have to pay £11.00 a month for that. Plus they fail at sending me an application form for one. A new one was sent today, apparently.
My boyfriend, he phoned the estate agents on my behalf because I'm too nice on the phone. I would say thank you like they're doing me a favor. No favours, they're simply failing at doing their job. Plus he knows how to calm me down in minutes.
LoveFilm, they reply to my e-mails and haven't let me down.
At least I'm not swamped at work today :]
