Little rant

Another reason I can't stand Twilight. Where are the strong role models?! Her life falls apart because her boyfriend left her. Then it's all ok again when he comes back. Pathetic.
Than there's the Sam/Emily scenario. He mauled her when he was angry, now he's the one who feels bad because he messed up her face and he doesn't want people looking at her!
What does that say? Oh, it's fine if your boyfriend hits you. He was angry, you should forgive him and make him feel better because he really does feel so so bad!!
It should have been, some one else did that to her, then he got banished from the pack.
No excuse for violence towards women
